Ethiopia has signed an agreement for the design of a new four-runway airport that will be Africa’s biggest when construction is completed in 2029, the head of state-owned Ethiopian Airlines said on Friday. The Electoral Commission (EC) will, for the first time, publish on its website the guidelines for the conduct of the 2024 presidential and parliamentary elections for the resolution of any irregularities that may occur during the counting and collation process.
