The rate of inflation fell marginally to 23.5 percent in January, down from 23.8 percent the previous month, the Ghana Statistical Service (GSS) said on Monday. The alliance of rebel groups in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo have declared a humanitarian ceasefire starting on Tuesday.
