The Paramount Chief of the Peki Traditional Area, Torgbuiga Deiga Kwadzo Dei XII, has expressed appreciation for the development efforts and social intervention programmes implemented by the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government, noting their significant contributions to the nation.

During a recent visit from Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the NPP’s Presidential Candidate, the chief commended the government’s achievements, particularly in areas such as infrastructure, education, healthcare, and social welfare.

He highlighted the positive effects these initiatives have had on various communities, including the Peki Traditional Area.

In addressing his constituents, the paramount chief advocated for a thoughtful and open-minded evaluation of government policies.

He encouraged community members to assess the advantages of each initiative and to adopt those that align with their developmental aspirations, underscoring the necessity of making informed choices for the betterment of their region.

“It is my sincere belief that this government has made significant strides for the nation. As a leader in this community, I remind my people that Ghana belongs to all of us. The leader of Ghana represents us all. Therefore, when the government introduces policies, we should carefully examine them to identify which ones serve our interests and adopt them accordingly,” the chief stated.

Torgbuiga Deiga Kwadzo Dei XII also highlighted the importance of national unity and active engagement in Ghana’s development, urging collaboration between the government and citizens to ensure ongoing progress throughout the country.
